will do the following:
- Review your Tax Records and Exemptions regarding:

- Prepare a Broker Price Opinion as to the Fair Market Value using the following approaches:

- Income Approach

- Prepare and file your Tax Appeal
- If your Tax Appeal is accepted your taxes will be reduced.
If your Tax Appeal is declined, we will appeal the decision to the Board of Equalization or enter into arbitration if our Tax Appeal Specialist deems we can win.
